The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform passport applicants to check their Official Receipts (OR). Passports corresponding with the official receipt numbers listed below may now be claimed. 

If your official receipt number is listed below, you may proceed to the Embassy with your OLD PASSPORT AND OFFICIAL RECEIPT to claim your new e-passport from 9 AM to 2 PM, Monday to Friday, except during the Philippine or Belgian holidays. 

There is no need to schedule an appointment for claiming passports.

Applicants may authorize another person to claim the passport on their behalf provided the authorized persons comply with the requirements as follows: 

*Authorization letter

*Current/old passport

*Official receipt (Original)

*Valid identification card of authorized representative

If your Official Receipt is not yet in this list, you may send the applicant’s full name, receipt number and the date of the application to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Kindly note that passport processing may take 6 to 8 weeks.

A passport left unclaimed by its holder one (1) year after the date it was received either by DFA Aseana, by the Consular Office (CO) or by the Foreign Services Post (FSP) shall be cancelled.
