The Philippine Embassy in Brussels conducted a Consular Outreach on 05 and 06 April 2025 in Luxembourg City, in coordination with Honorary Consul General for Luxembourg Alain Kinsch.

Post’s consular section provided consular services, including passport renewal, civil registration, applications for retention of Philippine citizenship, and legalization of documents. Post also assisted registered overseas voters in enrolling for internet voting for the 2025 National Elections.

Ms. Lydia Cabagnot, Foreign Representative from the Social Security System in London, joined the outreach virtually to answer inquiries on SSS enrollment and benefits.

A meeting was also held with the Women Helping Women (WHW) network to discuss emerging issues among female overseas Filipinos in Luxembourg and how they can be effectively addressed.

A total of 81 clients were served during the Consular Outreach.
