Guide on Enrolling for Internet Voting for the 2025 Philippine National Elections

Go to the Overseas Voting section of the Embassy website here. - ENROLL IN THE OVERSEAS VOTING AND COUNTING SYSTEM
Visit the website https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll. Prepare your Philippine passport and follow the instructions. - DO A TEST VOTE
Once you have successfully enrolled, you will receive an email with a link to access the voting portal. Click on the link to see a sample ballot which you can test. NOTE: This is just a practice vote and not the actual voting!

MAY I ASK SOMEONE ELSE TO ENROLL ON MY BEHALF?
No. The system has verification methods to ensure that you yourself are the one enrolling under your name.
CAN I JUST GO TO THE EMBASSY AND VOTE THERE?
There is no need. For the 2025 National Elections, online voting is the only overseas voting system available for several countries, including Belgium and Luxembourg. If you decide to come to the Embassy, you may have to use your own smartphone, tablet or laptop regardless.
For in-person assistance in using the Overseas Voting website, you may visit the Embassy during consular hours (9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday except holidays).

Hindi na po kailangan. Para sa 2025 National Elections, ang online voting ay ang tanging sistema ng overseas voting sa ilang bansa, kabilang ang Belgium at Luxembourg. Kung magpasya kayong pumunta sa Embassy, kakailanganin ninyo pa ring gamitin ang inyong sariling smartphone, tablet o laptop.
Para sa personal na tulong sa paggamit ng Overseas Voting website, maaaring dumulog sa Pasuguan sa mga oras ng konsulado (9:00 a.m. hanggang 3:00 p.m., Lunes hanggang Biyernes maliban sa mga araw ng paggunita).
