Guide on Online Voting for the 2025 Philippine National Elections

 

The 30-day voting period for overseas voters will start on 13 April and will end on 12 May 2025, 1:00 p.m. (CEST).

For inquiries or enrollment assistance, please visit us at the Embassy during consular hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. except holidays). Please bring your passport and mobile device.

  1. MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE REGISTERED TO VOTE IN BELGIUM OR LUXEMBOURG

    Go to the Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) and look for your name. If your name is on the CLOV, then you are eligible to vote online.

    If your name is not on the CLOV, it may be because:
  2. ENROLL IN THE OVERSEAS VOTING AND COUNTING SYSTEM

    Visit the website https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll. Prepare your Philippine passport and follow the instructions. You have only until 07 May 2025 to enroll!

  3. VOTE IN THE ONLINE VOTING AND COUNTING SYSTEM

    Go to https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/vote to vote in the national elections.
