Guide on Online Voting for the 2025 Philippine National Elections
The 30-day voting period for overseas voters will start on 13 April and will end on 12 May 2025, 1:00 p.m. (CEST).

- MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE REGISTERED TO VOTE IN BELGIUM OR LUXEMBOURG
Go to the Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) and look for your name. If your name is on the CLOV, then you are eligible to vote online.
If your name is not on the CLOV, it may be because:- You did not register to vote on or before 30 September 2024.
- You used to be registered to vote, but your registration records may have been deactivated because you did not participate in Overseas Voting in the last two consecutive elections (2019 and 2022 National Elections). Check the list of deactivated registration records here.
- You registered to vote in another country, under another Embassy, Consulate or MECO. You might still be eligible to vote. Check the CLOV of the country of your registration here.
- ENROLL IN THE OVERSEAS VOTING AND COUNTING SYSTEM
Visit the website https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll. Prepare your Philippine passport and follow the instructions. You have only until 07 May 2025 to enroll! - VOTE IN THE ONLINE VOTING AND COUNTING SYSTEM
Go to https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/vote to vote in the national elections.
