The Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) is currently undergoing preventative maintenance as of 11 July 2024.
To apply for a passport, kindly follow the steps below:
- Schedule an appointment using the Embassy appointment system HERE.
- Kindly fill out the passport application form.
- Go to the Embassy on the date and time of your appointment with your requirements.

Clients with previous appointments through www.passport.gov.ph may still appear at the Embassy with their application forms to have their passport applications processed and encoded.
