The Philippine Embassy in Brussels is pleased to announce the conduct of a One-Stop Shop for Consular, Migrant Workers Office, Pag-IBIG and SSS services on:
- Saturday, 18 May 2024 at the Embassy in Brussels, 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and
- Sunday, 19 May 2024 at the Antwerp Harbor Hotel, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Joining the Embassy are representatives from the Migrant Workers Office in Berlin and the Social Security System in London. A virtual consultation with a Pag-IBIG Fund representative in Manila will also be available.

To ensure the security of applicants, clients are requested to book an appointment for the particular service they require. Clients are also requested to bring only one companion, if needed.
We can only accept cash payments at this time.

Please note that certain consular services (e.g., passports, visas, civil registration and petitions for Retention/Reacquisition of Philippine Citizenship) will have to be processed in Brussels.
