The Philippine Embassy in Brussels is pleased to announce the conduct of a One-Stop Shop for Consular, Migrant Workers Office, Pag-IBIG and SSS services on:

  1. Saturday, 18 May 2024 at the Embassy in Brussels, 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and
  2. Sunday, 19 May 2024 at the Antwerp Harbor Hotel, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Joining the Embassy are representatives from the Migrant Workers Office in Berlin and the Social Security System in London. A virtual consultation with a Pag-IBIG Fund representative in Manila will also be available.

The following services will be offered:

Philippine Embassy Consular Section

  • Passport (with prior application online)
  • Visa (with prior application online)
  • Civil Registration
  • Overseas Voting Registration
  • Notarials, Certification, SPA
  • Petition for Retention/Reacquisition of Philippine Citizenship
  • NBI Clearance Application (fingerprinting only)
  • Claiming of documents

Migrant Workers Office – Berlin

  • Online registration/certification of contract of vacationing workers (Balik Manggagawa)
  • Overseas Employment Certificate 
  • Labor Counseling
  • Registration of OWWA Membership
  • OWWA Programs and Services

Pag-IBIG Fund – Virtual Office Europe (joining virtually)

  • Checking of records
  • Updating of membership details
  • Virtual Pag-IBIG account creation
  • Modified Pag-IBIG 2 (MP2) enrollment
  • Loan inquiries and assistance

Social Security System – London

  • Issuance of SSS Number
  • Reactivation and record verification for existing members
  • Annual confirmation of pensioners
  • Member data change requests
  • Assistance in the contribution payment process using the SSS Online Payment Platform
  • SSS Benefits and Other Related Inquiries

To ensure the security of applicants, clients are requested to book an appointment for the particular service they require. Clients are also requested to bring only one companion, if needed.

We can only accept cash payments at this time.

For passport applications (new, renewal, lost), kindly secure an appointment slot through www.passport.gov.ph. For Site Location and Date of Appointment, please select the following:

For the services of the Migrant Workers Office, you may choose to apply for your Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) online. Please go to https://dmw.gov.ph/faqs for more information.

Please note that certain consular services (e.g., passports, visas, civil registration and petitions for Retention/Reacquisition of Philippine Citizenship) will have to be processed in Brussels.
