The Philippine Embassy in Brussels is pleased to announce the conduct of a One-Stop Shop for Consular, Migrant Workers Office, and Pag-IBIG services in Luxembourg City on the following dates:
- 21 September 2024 (Saturday) – 10 AM to 4 PM
- 22 September 2024 (Sunday) – 10 AM to 12 NN
The outreach will be held at the EY (New Ernst and Young Building), 35E Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg.
Overseas Filipinos will also be able to register for overseas voting for the 2025 Philippine National and Local Elections.
Joining the Embassy are representatives from the Migrant Workers Office in Berlin. A virtual consultation with a Pag-IBIG Fund representative in Manila will also be available.

To ensure the security of applicants, clients are requested to book an appointment for the particular service they require. Clients are also requested to bring only one companion, if needed.
