PHILIPPINE EMBASSY TO CONDUCT CONSULAR OUTREACH IN THE GRAND DUCHY OF LUXEMBOURG ON 24 FEBRUARY 2024

The Philippine Embassy in Brussels is pleased to announce the conduct of a Consular Outreach in Luxembourg City on 24 February 2024 (Saturday) from 0900H to 1730H at the EY (New Ernst and Young Building), 35E Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. The following services will be available, including overseas voter registration for the 2025 National Elections:

For passport applications (new, renewal, lost), kindly secure an appointment slot through www.passport.gov.ph. On Site Location and Date of Appointment, please select the following:

• DATE OF APPOINTMENT: 24 FEBRUARY 2024

Please note that certain consular services (e.g., passports, visas, civil registration and petitions for Retention/Reacquisition of Philippine Citizenship) will have to be processed in Brussels. You have the option to have your documents mailed back to you upon their completion. Please bring a self-addressed, bubble wrap-lined registered mail envelope with a bpost shipping label. Only applications with complete documentary requirements will be processed. Kindly check the links below for the requirements and forms:

To All Interested Parties:

Please be notified that the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) of the Philippine Embassy in Brussels, Belgium will convene at the Philippine Embassy, Avenue Molière 297, 1050 Brussels on 15 January 2024 at 2:00 PM to hear the applications for registration, certification, reactivation, correction of entries or change of name, change of address, transfer, recapture and other types of applications filed with the Post from 01 October 2023 to 31 December 2023.

Any interested party who would like to interpose any objection to the list may file their opposition in writing addressed to the RERB of the Philippine Embassy in Brussels, Avenue Molière 297, 1050 Brussels.
