PHILIPPINE EMBASSY TO CONDUCT CONSULAR OUTREACH IN THE GRAND DUCHY OF LUXEMBOURG ON 25–26 MARCH 2023

The Philippine Embassy in Brussels is pleased to announce that its consular team will conduct a Consular Outreach in Luxembourg City on 25 March 2023 (Saturday) from 0900H to 1700H, and on 26 March 2023 (Sunday) from 0900H to 1200H, at the EY (New Ernst and Young Building), 35E Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. The following services will be available, including overseas voter registration for the 2025 National Elections:

Exhibition on 45 Years of ASEAN-EU Relations
The public is invited to a photo exhibition on the 45th year of ASEAN-EU relations.
The exhibit is open every day, from 1000H to 1800H, at Halles Saint-Géry in Brussels, until 14 December 2022.
USE OF THE eTRAVEL PLATFORM FOR INBOUND TRAVEL TO THE PHILIPPINES
The eTravel platform is a new online registration system for travelers to the Philippines, including returning residents.
Starting 05 December 2022, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) will discontinue using the paper Arrival Card, and all travelers will be required to provide their arrival information and health declaration through the eTravel portal. With the launch of the new platform, the One Health Pass is no longer required, and its related system would no longer be accessible.
