PHILIPPINE EMBASSY TO HOLD ONE-STOP SHOP FOR CONSULAR AND SSS SERVICES, AND INFORMATION DRIVE ON ONLINE VOTING FOR OVERSEAS VOTERS, IN THE GRAND DUCHY OF LUXEMBOURG, 05-06 APRIL 2025
The Philippine Embassy in Brussels is pleased to announce the conduct of a One-Stop Shop for Consular and SSS Services, and Information Drive on Online Voting for Overseas Voters, at the EY (New Ernst and Young Building), 35E Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg on the following dates.
- 05 April 2025 (Saturday) from 10h00 to 16h00
- 06 April 2025 (Sunday) from 10h00 to 12h00
Joining the Embassy is a representative from the London office of the Social Security System.

For passport applications (new, renewal, lost), kindly secure an appointment slot through www.passport.gov.ph. On Site Location and Date of Appointment, please select the following:

IMPORTANT DATES
The Pre-Enrollment Period is from 10 March 2025 (Monday) to 12 May 2025 (Monday).
For Belgium and Luxembourg, the overseas voting period will begin on 13 April 2025 (Sunday), 8:00 AM to 12 May 2025 (Monday), 1:00 PM (local time).

Pursuant to Republic Act No. 9189, as amended by RA No. 10590 (An Act Amending Republic Act No. 9189, Entitled "An Act Providing for a System of Overseas Absentee Voting by Qualified Citizens of the Philippines Abroad, Appropriating Funds Therefor and for Other Purposes"), otherwise known as the Overseas Voting Act of 2013 (OVA), Philippine embassies abroad are required to post the CLOV on their premises.
All authorized recipients of any personal data, personal information, privileged information and sensitive personal information contained in these document, including other pertinent documents attached thereto that are shared by the Commission on Elections in compliance with the existing laws and rules, and in conformity with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ( R.A. No. 10173 ) and its implementing Rules and Regulations, as well as the pertinent Circulars of the National Privacy Commission, are similarly bound to comply with the said laws, rules and regulations, relating to data privacy, security, confidentiality, protection and accountability.

04 November 2024 Declared as a Day of National Mourning for the Victims of Severe Tropical Storm Kristine
On 30 October 2024, Malacañang issued Proclamation No. 728 which declares 04 November 2024 as a Day of National Mourning for the victims of Severe Tropical Storm Kristine (international name: Trami).
From 21 to 25 October 2024, STS Kristine brought torrential rains and violent winds that triggered widespread flooding and landslides in the Philippines, causing loss of lives, destruction of property, damage to agriculture and critical infrastructure, and disruption of the means of livelihood and way of life of many Filipinos.
The national flag at the Embassy is flown at half-mast in solidarity with the bereaved families and loved ones of those who perished due to the devastation caused by the storm.
