Embassy Closure for August 2024 (updated)

The public is advised that the Philippine Embassy will be closed on the following dates in observance of Philippine and Belgian holidays:

• Thursday, 15 August 2024 - Assumption Day
• Friday, 23 August 2024 - Ninoy Aquino Day
• Monday, 26 August 2024 - National Heroes Day

The Embassy will remain open to the public on 21 August in compliance with Proclamation No. 665 issued by Malacañang on 15 August 2024.

• Friday, ika-23 ng Agosto 2024 - Komemorasyon ng Pagkamatay ni Ninoy Aquino
• Lunes, ika-26 ng Agosto 2024 - Araw ng mga Bayani

Preventative Maintenance of the Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) for Passport Services

The Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) is currently undergoing preventative maintenance as of 11 July 2024.

To apply for a passport, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Schedule an appointment using the Embassy appointment system HERE. 
2. Kindly fill out the passport application form.
3. Go to the Embassy on the date and time of your appointment with your requirements.

The list of requirements for the passport application may be found on this page.

Clients with previous appointments through www.passport.gov.ph may still appear at the Embassy with their application forms to have their passport applications processed and encoded.
