Advisory on the use of e-Travel Pass and Discontinuation of Paper-Based Arrival/Departure Cards
ADVISORY from the Bureau of Immigration (BI):
Due to the full-scale implementation of the e-Travel System, starting on 15 April 2023, crewmembers and passengers of all aircrafts and seacrafts shall be required to register at https://etravel.gov.ph.
Arriving passengers must register not earlier than 72 hours from the time of arrival into the country.
Departing passengers must register not earlier than 72 hours up to not later than 3 hours from the scheduled time of departure from the country.
BI shall discontinue requiring paper-based arrival/departure cards starting 01 May 2023.

Dahil sa ganap na pagpapatupad ng e-Travel System, mula ika-15 ng Abril 2023, kinakailangang magparehistro sa https://etravel.gov.ph ang mga crewmember at pasahero ng lahat ng sasakyang panghimpapawid at pandagat.
Kailangang magparehistro ang mga paparating na pasahero nang di mas maaga sa 72 oras mula sa oras ng pagdating sa bansa.
Dapat namang magparehistro ang mga papaalis na pasahero nang hindi mas maaga sa 72 oras hanggang 3 oras mula sa nakatakdang oras ng pag-alis mula sa bansa.
Ititigil ng BI ang paggamit ng de-papel na arrival/departure card mula ika-1 ng Mayo 2023.

Please be notified that the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) of the Philippine Embassy in Brussels, Belgium will convene at the Embassy of the Philippines, Avenue Moliére 297, 1050 Brussels, on 17 April 2023 at 2:00 PM to hear the applications for registration, certification, reactivation, correction of entries or change of name, change of address, transfer, recapture and other types of applications filed with the Post from 09 December 2022 to 31 March 2023.
Any interested party who would like to interpose any objection to the list may file their opposition in writing addressed to the RERB of the Philippine Embassy in Brussels, at Avenue Moliére 297, 1050 Brussels.

NEW EMAIL ADDRESS FOR OEC AND VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS OF BALIK-MANGGAGAWA IN GERMANY, BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, AND RUSSIA
The Philippine Migrant Workers Office (MWO) in Berlin informs the public of its new email address dedicated to OEC matters and the verification of employment contracts of the following OFWs:
- Balik-Manggagawa workers who changed employer on site and started employment with their new employer;
- Workers not previously registered with the Administration - workers with no existing record of deployment with the Department of Migrant Workers or the MWO (formerly POEA); and
- Workers who changed their country of jobsite.
