Due to renovations at the Embassy chancery, the public is advised that the Consular Section will be open only from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN, from 24 July to 30 August 2024.
 
During the renovation period, clients with appointments booked through our appointment page will be given priority. Clients are enjoined to not bring companions with them and to wear face masks.
 
The Embassy apologizes for the temporary inconvenience and thanks you for your understanding.

Dahil sasailalim ang Pasuguan sa renovation, inaabisuhan ang publiko na ang Consular Section ay magbubukas mula 9:00 AM hanggang 12:00 NN lamang, mula ika-24 ng Hulyo hanggang ika-30 ng Agosto 2024.
 
Habang may renovation ay bibigyan ng priority ang mga may appointment sa aming appointment page. Inaabisuhan ang lahat na limitahan ang pagdadala ng kasama at magsuot ng face mask.

The Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) is currently undergoing preventative maintenance as of 11 July 2024.

To apply for a passport, kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Schedule an appointment using the Embassy appointment system HERE. 
  2. Kindly fill out the passport application form.
  3. Go to the Embassy on the date and time of your appointment with your requirements.

The list of requirements for the passport application may be found on this page.

Clients with previous appointments through www.passport.gov.ph may still appear at the Embassy with their application forms to have their passport applications processed and encoded.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

The Embassy is pleased to announce that it will begin accepting cashless transactions for consular services starting 10 June 2024.

Clients may now use Bancontact to pay at the consular section.

Cash will still be accepted.

Maaari na ngayong gumamit ng Bancontact upang magbayad sa consular section.

This is to inform the public that the Online Visa Appointment System (OVAS) (https://www.visa.gov.ph/) will be temporarily inaccessible for systems maintenance. In this regard, visa applications will be received and processed manually until further notice.
