ADVISORY ON CONSULAR SERVICES:
In observance of the rules of the Commission on Audit, the Embassy requests applicants to refrain from leaving any amount of money with any consular staff for the delivery of any document. The Embassy is not responsible for sending passports, SPAs and all other documents to clients. Personal acceptance of passports and documents is preferred. As an option, a client may contact a courier company for delivery services, or leave a self-addressed registered-mail envelope, but the Embassy does not assume any responsibility for loss, damage or delay of delivery of items.
